ok. so there is this thing called a blind contour drawing. I learned about this in middle school and have thought it’s very cool ever since. We’ve done this for meet and greets several times with the band and it’s always very fun.
The premise is this. You cannot lift the pen from the paper and you cannot look at the paper while your’e drawing, only the subject which you’re drawing. This inevitably comes out only vaguely looking like what you’ve drawn and that’s if you’re lucky and really good at it. I’m not. But I would like to take a crack at drawing you anyway.
This gets you a quick Zoom session with me while I draw you live and then I will of course ship you the drawing on nice card stock, sign it and send you a little hand written note!
